Your Right to be Forgotten

At Estato, we respect your privacy and your fundamental right to control your personal data. This page outlines the step-by-step process for permanently deleting your account and all associated data from our servers, in compliance with standard data protection regulations.

What Data is Deleted?

When you request an account deletion, we comprehensively remove:

  • Your user profile, email address, phone number, and name.
  • All associated authentication tokens (including Google Sign-In links).
  • Any saved properties, search history, and session metadata.
  • All historical and real-time location data associated with your device.

Note: We cannot delete public property listings that you may have independently uploaded if they are still legally contracted to be displayed, unless requested directly through our support team.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: Inside the Mobile App

  1. Open the Estato mobile app and log in.
  2. Navigate to your Profile / Settings menu.
  3. Select "Privacy & Security".
  4. Tap "Delete Account" and confirm the prompt.

Method 2: Via our Data Deletion Portal

  1. Visit our official portal: estato.com/delete-account
  2. Login with the account you wish to delete.
  3. Click the "Permanently Delete Account" button.

Method 3: Email Support

You can email us directly from your registered email address at support@estato.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

Retention Period

If you delete your account using Method 1 or 2, your personal data is immediately erased from our active databases. However, residual copies may remain in our encrypted secure backups for up to 30 days before being completely overwritten and destroyed.
