2. User Representations

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Property Listings and Accuracy

Estato acts as a facilitator connecting property buyers/renters with sellers/landlords. While we strive to verify our listings, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currentness of any property details, prices, or availability displayed on the Platform. Users are strictly advised to conduct their own independent verification before making any financial or legal decisions.

4. Usage of the Platform

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

Prohibited activities include:

Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Platform to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information.
Using any information obtained from the Platform in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Uploading false property listings or engaging in fraudulent transactions.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
