  • Your saved favorites and preferences
  • Your chat messages and conversations
  • Your reviews and ratings
  • Your payment information

Data Retention Policy

  • Transaction records for legal compliance (7 years)
  • Anonymized analytics data (Indefinite)
  • Legal dispute related data (Until resolved)
  • Tax and financial records (As required by law)
